DALMA FOODS is a world class manufacturer of traditional Dalmatian hams and sausages. Their other famous products include Dalmatian Prosciutto (Prsut), Biltong, Csabai, Chorizo, Doner Kebab and many others.
Strict quality control is maintained at all times conforming to Australian and New Zealand standards (HACCP). Only quality raw materials are utilised in the manufacturing process.
The management of Dalma Foods has been involved in smallgoods manufacturing since 1973 under the current trading name. Previously, the business was known as Zagorka Continental Smallgoods Pty Ltd, which was originally established in 1949.
